Advice on Share Option Schemes? [Nick Hancock]

I want to set up a Share Option Scheme / Schemes (?) to reward / motivate employee and advisors. I think I need an EMI scheme and an Unapproved Scheme but I don't want to spend the earth putting it in place. Can anyone offer any advice? Many thanks in advance,
