Cant Send Emails - Help needed [Lee Westwood]

Can anyone help? I'm unable to send emails through outlook. Each time I try to send, I get an error code 0x80042109 And the email sits in the outbox I've checked all the settings and everything seems fine Suggestions welcomed - Thanks
