Emailing Out With 3 Mobile [Paul Simister]

I have been using 3 Mobile since the end of December and it is a great service but I still haven't mastered how to email out with it. I can receive emails but not send them. This means that I use dial up (an old Freeserve account) but today I have a big file to send and the connection keeps breaking Any tips? Paul Simister .
