I've just posted a parcel and a letter - the first since the cost of stamps went up on 7th April, 2008. At 36p for a first class stamp, and 27p for a second class stamp, it begs the simplest of questions: (Ignoring the speed of delivery that is supposed to allow for the premium rate).
